Mac OS X >= 10.7 support

Add support for compiling on Mac OS X > 10.7 and newer.  Summary of
changes:

 - Remove config.guess and config.sub, let the autodist copy proper
   versions from the system.

 - Add support for autoconfg 2.68 and newer.

 - Add support for compiing x86-64 AES code with NASM.

 - Update Mac OS X installation instructions.
